To achieve the Production, Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Safety and Environmental targets in Hot.
Rolling, Cold Rolling and Finishing lines (including Tension Leveler Line) as per the P&B targets.
By providing technical and administrative support to POETs (Autonomous teams) in the Plant.
Responsible for all aspects of operation of the plant.
