Monitor consistency of rawmix compatible with available fuel for productivity & cost improvement. Plan for medium and long term considering aximizing inhouse or local sources. Plan for optimal utlisation of mines limestone and own clay.
Quality of Coal, Raw material, AFR & Packing bags
Plan and monitor implementation of quality control/assurance system for ensuring 100% conformance of quality for GU, Marketing requirements.
Legal and statutory compliances : Monitoring compliance of legal requirements pertaining to quality & art work of bags.
Cost optimisation :
Planning effective utilization of resources for optimizing costs.
System Management:
Enable implementation of Quality management systems-Building & enhance culture of system implementation along with compliances.
Building Strong SHE system with susaintablity:
Plan for zero accidents and focus on a building culture of safety within department along with focus on Health and Enivironment.
People Management:
Develop a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees in the quality function.
