management of coke ovens and by-product Plants. He is proficient in managing plant
operations like installation and commissioning, start-up/ shut down operations, and
maintenance. His competencies lie in devising significant solutions, supervising project
execution, commissioning and operating coke ovens and by-product plants. Rajesh is a
keen planner who has proven his skills in managing plant operations and handling shop
floor staff to meet the desired targets. He is an astute leader with an ability to
motivate subordinates and to optimise their performance levels. He also has excellent
analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills.

reduction in anode baking time to less than 3 days from 6 days, stabilisation of the

killing time by about 1.5 minutes, resulting in an annual saving of about Rs.70-80 lacs
per annum.

ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.

trained in Spain, Germany and France.

Glass plants by using HAZOP and Aspect-Impact study. He possesses working and

Maintenance at Rajmahal Coal Mining Ltd.
He is currently with Rajmahal Coal Mining Ltd. as General Manager in Godda, Jharkhand. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. With around 17

planning, in-process inspection, he is a team builder and has successfully worked with

He has worked on various global assignments that include the hydraulic test of a boiler
drum in pressure parts and a Mechanical Run Test and Hydrotest for 2 boilers and

approval from RDSO, Lucknow (Ministry of Railways) for the Installation of a Chinese
Wagon Tippler in a power plant.
